Focus Contact Lenses، سلامة العميل والنظافة هما أولويتنا القصوى.

• نظرًا لأسباب صحية، لا يمكن استرجاع أو استبدال العدسات بعد فتحها أو استخدامها.

• يتم قبول الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال فقط في حالة وجود تلف أو خطأ في الطلب عند الاستلام.

• يجب الإبلاغ عن أي مشكلة خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الطلب.

• يجب أن تكون العدسة غير مستخدمة، غير مفتوحة، وبغلافها الأصلي المغلق.

• مصاريف الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد إلا في حالة الخطأ من جانبنا.

• يتم رد المبلغ (في حال الموافقة) بنفس وسيلة الدفع.

السعر المعروض يشمل عدسة واحدة فقط وليس زوجًا.
لطلب زوج عدسات، يُرجى إضافة قطعتين إلى سلة التسوق.

At Focus Contact Lenses, customer safety and hygiene are our top priority.

• Due to health and safety reasons, contact lenses are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened or used.

• Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

• Any return request must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by us.

• Refunds (if approved) will be processed via the original payment method.
